Questo brano scritto con (e cantato da) Pete Bentham, personaggio e leggenda punk della scena underground di Liverpool - è una fotografia delle condizioni di vita nei quartieri più poveri e multietnici di Liverpool dagli anni '80 in poi, quando il "declino controllato" delle grandi città industriali inglesi, teorizzato dai governi Thatcher in favore della nuova economia finanziaria, era entrato nella sua fase più acuta, con tutte le tensioni politiche e sociali che ne sono conseguite.
Il brano è stato registrato nell'ottobre 2013 al Vacuum Studio da Bruno Germano (ex Settlefish e ora negli Anni Luce) durante il minitour italiano di Pete Bentham and the Dinner Ladies.
